Vegetables

All produce grown is seasonal and is grown using only organic practices. We grow lettuce, baby greens, kale, chard, collards, carrots, peppers, beets, tomatoes, chiles, garlic, and more! We buy organic seed from Johnny’s Selected Seeds and varieties rich in flavor and nutrition.

Meat

Lamb & mutton: The meat of the Navajo Churro sheep is flavorful, tender, and delicious. Our sheep do not receive any grains in their diet and are 100% grass fed and finished.

Goat: We raise Angora, Saanan, and Boer goats. We cross the tall, slender Saanan bucks with our thick, muscular Boer, which produces a meatier goat. Fed exactly the same way as our sheep, the goats are on pasture and hay with no grains.

Pork: Our pigs are fed a non-gmo feed which is supplemented with alfalfa, grass hay, organic eggs, and garden greens and roots. We raise heritage breed Mangalica and Red Wattle cross pigs. Their meat is well marbled and the fat melts in your mouth!

Beef: We cross black angus heifers and cows with wagyu bulls to produce meat that is exceptionally marbled and flavorful. Steers are grass fed and corn finished ( a non-GMO corn is sourced from the Ute Mountain tribe in Southwest Colorado).

Eggs

Our chickens roam on two acres and are fed on organic grain feed. They’re allowed to pick through alfalfa and grass hay, and are given fresh fodder and produce from the garden.

In the colder winter months, they are given daily meal worm treat to boost protein and fat intake.
